Arriving by plane
If you come by plane, there are two easy options to get to the city center:
Train: The train station "Brussels Airport-Zaventem" is inside the airport. Once you have left the luggage pick up, take the elevator to floor -3 to enter the train station. From there, take the train to the following train station: "Bruxelles Central". A one-way ticket should cost around EUR 10 and the train ride takes about 20 minutes. Note that all Belgian trains going to Brussels have three stops in Brussels: "Bruxelles Nord", "Bruxelles Central", and "Bruxelles Midi/Zuid". The workshop is a 7-minute walk from "Bruxelles Central".
Taxi: Once you have left the luggage pick up, simply exit the building straight ahead. The taxi lane is on your left. A taxi ride to and from the city center usually takes around 30 minutes.
Arriving by international train
If you come by international train, the easiest option is to take a connecting train. You do not need to buy an extra ticket for this. Your international ticket to Brussels includes every stop within the Brussels rail system.
International trains stop in "Bruxelles Midi/Zuid" and/or in "Bruxelles Nord". From both of these train stations it is very easy to get to "Bruxelles Central". Get off the train at whichever station you pass by first, depending on where you are coming from: "Bruxelles Midi/Zuid" or "Bruxelles Nord".
If you get off in "Bruxelles Nord", look for trains going west (e.g., direction Gent, Brugge, Oostende, Blankenberge, De Panne). They will all take you to "Bruxelles Central", which will be the first stop after "Bruxelles Nord".
If you get off in "Bruxelles Midi/Zuid", look for trains going east (e.g., direction Leuven, Liège, Hasselt, Welkenraedt). They will all take you to "Bruxelles Central", which will be the first stop after "Bruxelles Midi/Zuid".
The workshop is a 7-minute walk from "Bruxelles Central".
